Vera Poetica jewellery orders are dispatched with care from rural NSW via Australia Post with tracking included on every parcel.

 

Australian Orders — Handmade Jewellery

  • Free shipping on jewellery orders over $99
  • Flat rate shipping of $10 on jewellery orders under $99
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for dispatch
  • Once dispatched you will receive an automatic email with your tracking details
  • Each piece is handmade slowly and with care — occasionally a piece may require a little extra time before it is ready to send. If this is the case we will contact you directly

 

International Orders

Vera Poetica ship worldwide via Australia Post International Standard with tracking included on every parcel

  • New Zealand: flat rate $20 AUD
  • Asia Pacific (incl. Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Japan): flat rate $30 AUD
  • USA & Canada: flat rate $35 AUD
  • UK & Europe: flat rate $35 AUD
  • Rest of World: flat rate $45 AUD

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • New Zealand: 6–10 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 10–15 business days
  • USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
  • UK & Europe: 15–25 business days
  • Rest of World: 20–30 business days
  • Tracking is included on all international parcels

 

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes or import fees applicable in their destination country. We recommend checking your local import thresholds before purchasing.

Vera Poetica cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing

 

Vera Poetica is located in regional NSW, outside the Australia Post Express Post guaranteed next day network. For this reason we are unable to offer Express Post delivery. We do however take great care to dispatch all orders promptly, and standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days for most Australian destinations

 

Insurance & valuable items

All Vera Poetica orders are dispatched with full insurance cover for the purchase value of your order, included in your shipping cost. 


Lost or Damaged Parcels

All Vera Poetica parcels are sent with tracking. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit please contact us at hello@verapoetica.com.au within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the situation promptly.
