At Vera Poetica we take great care in crafting and describing every piece accurately. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing, including dimensions and materials.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty we sincerely apologise and will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@verpoetica.com.au with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement, repair or full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, including return postage costs.

Change of Mind

As a small independent handmade jewellery studio we are unable to offer change of mind returns or exchanges. We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing, materials or finish.

Wrong Size

Please refer to our size guide before ordering rings. If you are unsure about sizing please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to help. We are unable to accept returns due to incorrect size selection.

Custom & Made to Order Pieces

Custom and made to order pieces are non-refundable as they are created specifically for you.

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged please photograph both the packaging and the item before opening fully and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the situation.
